Thank you to all the staff for a lovely experience
I stayed at the Union Hotel for about 5 days as a solo traveller. The room was perfect and had everything I needed, but the best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Sam was especially helpful and I really appreciated all the recommendations around the city he gave me. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, albeit a bit of a workout sometimes due to the steep incline of the streets! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing hosts, thank you Sam and Mariam for the amazing service. The hotel was clean and situated in a very convenient spot with the kabatas ferry and M1 line nearby. One thing I would say is this may not be ideal if you have a car as there is no parking on hotel premises; however there are paid parking lots nearby. Overall it is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend

Great location, close to public transportation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was on a third floor without elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage

Ideal spot
Staff was very very friendly and accommodating. They understood the reason for my trip and took good care of me. 5/5 star service hands down, would definitely recommend. Walking distance to the train station and bus stop so be sure to take full advantage of the day passes because you will save alot of money on transportation

A good night stay in Istanbul
The hotel is located in a convenient location yet we need to walk up about five floors to our room. The room itself is clean and spacious and has a view to the ocean. The staff is very friendly and offered us cappuccino in the morning. He would also like to provide other information upon request.

I loved everything about my stay at this property. I was a solo traveller.and did not.know.what to expect from Istanbul..As soon as I walked into the property , the staff were at hand to greet and make.me.feel.welcomed. Sam , the customer liaison manager was so helpful. All the reception staff.made an effort to make sure I was happy and had all the information I needed to get around .They made reception a.melting pot for the guests and we usually shared a cup of coffee or.chai tea with the other customers. It felt like a home from home. The location was ideal. It was in close.proximity to 2 train stations, the tram, Taksim.square , Galata port and many shops and restaurants. I couldn't have wished for a better hotel.and will definitely be going back. Thanks to Sam and all the staff that work at Union hotel Port for making my first visit to Istanbul a very memorable one . Xx

We came from Canada and had a lovely stay for 3 days at the Union Hotel Port. The room was comfortable and transportation is so close by in the area so it is easy to get to all the sights/shopping/restaurants. The thing that stood out most for us was the hotel staff, they were so kind, hospitable and helpful with any questions or requests we had. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Would recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Sam was very kind and attentive to our needs. He had coffee and tea ready for us. The hotel was very clean and it has easy access for transportation. Great location to connect to a cruise. Totally recommended.
