I booked the hotel with the breakfast included one of the stuff said I did not pay for the breakfast and showed no way of finding out why. I asked for a taxi and he called someone quick and gave an unreasonable and outrageous price. He did not know that I took a taxi everyday and I know the price already. The service is bad, the housekeeping opened the door even with the “do not disturb sign” on the door . You have to carry your luggage to a different location and then back to the main one to check out. It is a hill area and they show no gratitude to the clients just like they are doing us a favor by staying there.

Shocking quality for the price

I stayed here for more than a week because it is so comfortable. It is the best value in the area, and very stylishly renovated. It has kitchenettes, a safe, mini fridge, dishwasher, writing desk, coffee table, TV with 2 channels in English (BBC, Al Jazeera news), bidet, exposed brick, large openable windows (or fabulous patio, I stayed in two different rooms).

I was happy to use this hotel. It is close to Taksim square and has good transport links. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a kitchen, so it would be easy to spend a long stay in the area. (There is a supermarket a 30 second walk from the hotel.) There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to make sure your stay is safe. They were very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay. If I had the opportunity, I would use this hotel again. Thanks!

Nice little hotel. 5 minute walk to the famous Taksim square and mile long shopping street. Hotel was nicer than I expected for the price. Bedrooms had fridges and newly renovated bathrooms. The value was good. The service at the front desk was fast and very friendly. The cleaning lady was superb. There are a couple of rough looking buildings right next to the hotel but it is safe. A tiny store with most items anyone could need on short notice is a few feet away, around the corner. I stayed in a double bed with my gf but I am 6’1 and it was a little small for me. Queen or king for sure next time. It is hard to beat the value I got.

Very close to Taksim square, many restaurants. No prayer rugs, you need to bring your own or use the bath towel. Main building more noisy than the other buildings. Front seat guys are nice and helpful (specially the manager). Overall the place is okay.

In the main building, the air conditioning it’s really sucks. You don’t have a control on your own room or suite. I couldn’t sleep the first two nights because it is centeral. The front desk controls the temp from their ends. I moved to other building afterwards. More privacy less noise and better cooling on the air conditioning and heat.

It was very nice stance in Villa Pera hotel, affordable and comfortable room for one in the second floor with a metal doble bed match the all decorate,very fresh and alergy less as no have any carpet, the washroom was very cool and clean I’m grateful to have been there. The only negative thing is the building in ruins just in front of the property, otherwise should be a five stars 😉
