I didn’t receive my upgrades at the hotel like I usually do in other hotels that I’ve stayed. The restaurant service was the WORST I’ve ever received in 40 years of traveling.I will NEVER stay in this hotel or recommend anyone to stay.

Quick trip to Medellin
Comfortable stay and pleasant check in staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Cable channels and youtube available on TV. Very nice breakfast options, with lots of fruits and vegetables. We would have appreciated atleast one Complimentary bottle of water at check in. There is a store nearby however for some reason they were out of water. Overall very comfortable and we would stay again.

To have a lady guest the hotel wants $80.00 (American dollars) for every day she steps in your room. All the Other 5 star hotels in Medellin want $25.00 (American dollars) for a female guest. $80.00 American is ridiculous !!!! Night shift front desk were great !! Day shift front desk need customer service skills (Daville & Jason ) The dry sauna needs work ,it barely gets hot enough !! The steam room is a joke.
