Clean, modern, and friendly Staff
The Ibis hotel in Pouso Alegre is a great place to stay. It is close to the highways and the shopping center. The staff are attentive and the building is clean, modern, and has good security. There are protocols in place for a safe and virus free environment. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mattress was extremely (too) firm.

Nice hotel in convenient location
The staff were professional and efficient with the check in process. The breakfast set up great for the covid times in which we are living. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway and also a nice shopping mall. One thing that could be improved would be to include face/hand towels in the rooms. To include only bath towels is awkward.

Overall a Great Place to Stay
We were disappointed by the long checkout process, especially since we have stayed at this hotel many times previously. The staff was, however, very friendly. The facilities are clean and the wifi is excellent. Those who prefer firm mattresses will be extremely happy, while those who prefer a softer mattress might be disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, which has a food court and a movie theater.

Excellent location and Friendly staff
The staff was friendly and check in was fairly quick. The rooms are bright with a/c and lots of storage area. The wifi is excellent. We appreciated the option to have freshly scrambled eggs with our breakfast. Be prepared to bring your own hand or face towels and appliances that use 220 volts. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center with restaurants and a movie theater. Great place to stay.

Close to the Shopping center and relaxing
The check in process was very quick and the personnel at the counter were very friendly, as were those who took our orders for breakfast. The Zi hotel offered omelettes with a variety of ingredients to choose from, and they were delicious. The manager of the hotel room time to greet and welcome guests to the hotel. We will be back.

Great place to get connected and stay connected!
We enjoyed our stay. We noticed right away by the decor that it was definitely a hotel for millennials. The lighting in the rooms was great for studying. The breakfast was super as well. The internet was super. We were able to get online and work with ease. In the past we have had difficulty finding a hotel in the city with high speed internet that functioned well.
