There is no plug for American devices- I had to go out and purchase an adaptor- when I stayed in other hotels there were adaptors and transformadores for free at the front desk

Staff are so wonderful and pleasure, fast check-in, the room is tiny, not too much space, beds are comfortable. In general the hotel is good. Quiet and very silent room.

Minha pior experiência de estadia até o momento. O único aspecto positivo foi o estacionamento; todo o restante necessita de melhorias significativas. Desde o início, enfrentei problemas: havia baratas nas escadas de acesso ao hotel, tanto durante o dia quanto à noite. Os quartos não possuem frigobar nem tomadas adequadas para uso – uma situação incomum em hotéis. Além disso, as tomadas disponíveis estavam frouxas e mal funcionavam, o que é inaceitável. Enfrentei também problemas com a tranca da porta do meu quarto, que estava com defeito. Quando solicitei a troca de quarto, fui informado pela atendente que não havia disponibilidade, embora, cerca de uma hora antes, ela tenha perguntado em qual andar eu preferiria ficar. A orientação recebida foi simplesmente "bata a porta que ela fecha" – algo inacreditável e insatisfatório. Outros pontos negativos incluem a ausência de toalhas para o rosto, apenas toalhas de banho, que ainda por cima tinham um odor desagradável. Mesmo após solicitar a troca durante a limpeza, o problema persistiu, indicando, possivelmente, uma limpeza inadequada. A cama também foi decepcionante, extremamente desconfortável, causando dores nas costas. Outro ponto que me desagradou profundamente foi a ausência de frigobar. Por conta disso, imaginei que ao menos fosse disponibilizado gelo para os hóspedes em recipientes apropriados, mas isso também não ocorreu. De modo geral, a experiência foi extremamente negativa, e não pretendo retornar a este hotel.

Estadia boa, quarto bem simples, não tinha secador e frigobar, sendo que no quarto da frente (onde meus pais ficaram) tinham ambos, então quando eu precisava, tinha que utilizar o deles, gerando um esforço desnecessário. Fora isso foi tudo certo.
