An older property that is apparently due for major renovations. It is located in a prime spot and has a very nice pool. A comfortable bed with a great breakfast included with the room. One of the features offered in other Hotels that is lacking here is a small detail, but very helpful. Simply offering g guests a place to fully their water bottles would be a simple upgrade and reduce plastic waste.

The photos of the property are better than the real thing. If you stay there make sure it's on the first block where the photos have been taken. We were placed at back where the corridors are horrible. Inside room ok, good view and nice facilities.The breakfast was really good. Porters very friendly, reception staff cold and unmotivated. Extra fees for parking.

Overall great place… very clean and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the inside hot pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing is the Wifi in the rooms was lousy.. did not work.

Ao fazer check in o recepcionista da noite apresentou uma certa indiferença parecia não querer atender, bem diferentemente dos funcionários da recepção diurna que foram muito cordiais. Já o banheiro do quarto n108, onde ficamos, o chuveiro estava ruim, parecia que a água saia direto do cano, não abria jato nenhum, foi reclamado na recepção, e mesmo assim não foi resolvido, para tomar banho tínhamos que ficar encostado na parede. Também no banheiro foi observado pontos de mofo. Já me hospedei no hotel em 2020 e foi totalmente diferente, por isso optei por voltar...mas decaiu bastante..

Indico o hotel, localização excelente com muitas opções nas redondezas de restaurantes bons e menos lotado que o centro. Possibilidade de ir caminhar nos moles. Sentimos falta de uma melhor estrutura de academia e a possibilidade de ter um serviço de café no quarto no período da tarde/noite. Café da manhã excelente.

As fotos publicadas não refletem a realidade do hotel. Quartos do prédio anexo extremamente velhos. O hotel desconfia do hóspede o tempo todo. Consumos devem ser pagos direto no restaurante. Cobram estacionamento antecipado e não reembolsam em caso de desistência. Precisa melhorar muito!
