Great location in the downtown area, so many restaurants and shops nearby! We only stayed one night but appreciated the noon checkout so we could workout and have breakfast and then get ready to leave without feeling rushed. There was only one elevator working, which led to some delays during higher traffic times, but no big deal if you're not in a hurry. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we liked having a balcony. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the place was clean!

We spent two nights at Hotel Ithaca (8/20–8/22). While the hotel environment was so-so, the condition of the bedding was the worst part—dirty pillows and blankets with obvious stains. We definitely would not recommend staying here.

First room given smelled of cat pee. Asked to be moved to another room which had soap sc all over the bathroom and gnats infestation. Couldn’t sleep throughout the night because of them, felt itchy in bed.

The air conditioning was not functioning, and the window did not close properly, which resulted in significant noise from the street throughout the night. The shower showed visible signs of mold, suggesting it had not been cleaned for an extended period. Additionally, the furniture was scratched, and both the room’s sofa and desk chair were noticeably worn and damaged. Considering the price I paid for the room, the overall condition was highly disappointing. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Room Condition

The room floor was sticky and there was an odor in the room. It seems that it was cleaned, however, the product used, was not adecuate for the hotel room. The shower had an empty shampoo container...we had been at this hotel numerous times, and lately it seems that the rooms had issues...I am not sure if the hotel is under new management.....we never had issues in the past....

Perfect for move in week & exploring Ithaca.

Wonderful staff, spacious rooms: especially the bathroom. All recently remodeled ( we were in the north tower). Walk to everything. Free parking and quick drive to all colleges. Only feedback is that the aircon was very loud. But I still slept well. Maybe provide glasses and cups instead of disposables and more moisturizer. There was only a small sachet for a room of 3 people.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was very small. Our air conditioner was not working properly so the room was 79°. However, I was credited $100 for the inconvenience. My brother's room had a broken air conditioner as well. He was given a standing unit, but they didn't have any left for me. I think a continental breakfast included would've been a nice addition for what we paid. Bed and linens were very good.....regardless of how warm it was in the room. I probably wouldn't recommend.
