Great place - Our flight was delayed so arrived after midnight. Shuttle had stopped running so we took a taxi. The taxi drivers are bummed to get short rides so don’t tell them until you get in and give them a tip. They can get right back in line. More people wanted taxis than the supply so we did not feel bad. Next time I will walk there with my rolling bag as there is a raised pedestrian bridge from the main parking area in front of the airport that comes down right across the street from the Grand Hyatt. It is about the same distance the airport already made me walk from disembarkation to immigration, to customs, to ground transportation. Love the new west tower.

The property is beautiful, convenient to airport and safe. Staff is kind and professional. Food is delicious from burgers to traditional Korean fare. We’ve been staying at this hotel during our visits to Korea for the last 17 years and have experienced the same level of service every time.

The West Tower seemed new. Very spacious and private curved glass and stone with quiet inlets to the check-in area and a separate one for the elevator bank. Very clean room and relaxing to rest from our 13 hour flight and start getting used to the time change. We could see the airport but did not hear any noise. As the morning fog burned off I could see aircraft landing and taking off in the distance as they were operating from the other end of the runways. To my left I could see where the coastline was. Not much going on around the hotel but we liked the quiet as we were starting our visit to much busier parts of Korea in Seoul and elsewhere.

Excellent location. Walking distance from the Incheon Airport. Shuttle every 30 min. Long distance to walk between the towers ( the two buildings) with initially somewhat confusing layout and connection. Very expensive buffet dinner but offers great choices and unlimited house wine. Spacious rooms nicely appointed. In room coffee/ tea station, fridge and minibar. Imprecise explanations to questions but overall staff quite pleasant.
