Fabulous view of the Marmara Sea from the room, which was spacious, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The street at the back has a few cafes & restaurants within walkable distance. The breakfast was a large & mixed spread of Turkish & continental food. The lady managing the breakfast room was sweet enough to serve us a breakfast plate sooner than normal breakfast timings because we needed to make an early start.

Location of the hotel is awesome. Away from main city area but still close. Beautiful location and right across from the Kordon walk path. Breakfast was ample, simple and enough for a good day start. Tram stop was few minute walk away which was convenient to travel to any part of the town. The area behind the hotel was all neighborhood with shops and cages which was very reasonable.

Wonderful hotel with a locked parking lot. You needed to call or run in the door to get someone to open the gate for the parking. WiFi was weak on the last few days of our week long stay. But the service was good and breakfast was plentiful.

The location has a beautiful view of the harbour, however, it's next to a busy noisy road. The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful in regard to giving information, however, the breakfast was dissapointing and did not merit the >9 rating of the place. The selection was very poor and the bread was cut up into tiny pieces. I had expected better.

Great Hotel, Perfect Location and Amazing Staff
The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us like their family. I would like to thank Ms. Sevgi, Ms. Aycan, Mr. Turkay, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Emre for their hospitality. I will definitley stay in The Yali Konak Hotel when I travel to Izmir again.

The staff were awesome. Very nice demeanour . Rooms were clean. Location was easy and view was of water. The room does have car noise from highway out the front but this was not to bad for us as we liked the water views. There are rooms with city view and these would be quieter.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had more choices than you would find in a luxurious restaurant. And to top it all free parking. I recommend very highly.

Asansörün bakına ihtiyacı var, gürültüsü uyku uyutmuyor. Yatakta ve banyoda kıllarla karsılaştık. Yerler temiz değildi ayağımıza birşeyler geliyordu. Kliması muazzam iyi , yatak rahat, kahvaltısı güzel odukça yeterli.

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et très modernes. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Parking très plaisant vu les difficultés à se garer dans Izmir J'aurai mis 5 étoiles et 10/10 si le wifi était de meilleur qualité
