Applegate River Overlook!

When you are at the Overlook perched above the river, you have amazing views in every direction. The main View is the Applegate River and the Red Butte Mountains. Breath taking. Beautiful Mountain and forest views in every direction.
There are two sleeping areas, there is an actual bedroom and full bath downstairs. It is a murphy bed, so you can have room while not sleeping. Nice couch to watch TV and just relax. Upstairs is a studio style, you can see from the pictures. It's nicely furnished with windows all around to enjoy the views. The bedroom is at one end, it has a beautiful soaking tub with a spectacular view, to the side of the tub is the toilet and shower in a separate room. There is a large living area and kitchen, with a small dining table and seating around the bar/island. Glass French doors open out onto the deck where there is an outdoor table and umbrella for shade. You can sit and soak up the beauty and wildlife surrounding you.
The property does have access to the river below right across the road at the driveway. You can drive down and park at the end and walk to the river. Fishing is allowed, but is fairly restrictive on the Applegate, be sure to check the Oregon Synopsis for seasons. Lots of vineyards, the Applegate Lake and hiking at your fingertips, but you may never want to leave during your stay.
