The room could have been a lot cleaner. There was hair on the sheets of both beds. Some kind of stains on toilet seat (I wiped away with my cleaning wipes). The lamps were dusty. Stains on a/c unit.

We loved the suite aspect! It was a little trip to reconnect and enjoy the New Bern area. With the suite aspect we were able to have room to buy some small things and spread out and have room with each other without feeling cramped. The room was also clean and comfortable and quiet.

Front desk clerk at check in was extremely rude. I spoke to the manager about her rudeness. When a manager was with her she was friendly. When she was alone she was not.

Clearly not an owner who cares about presentation. Deck boards cut apart and glued to the wall to make shower curtains fit. Missing mirror in bathroom, but wall fasteners still in the wall. While I was staying here, domestic violence clearly occurred in the next room over. Yelling, screaming, and walls shaking with impacts. Staff was nice and helpful, but just know what kind of place you’re staying at.

The room was extremely great and clean. What a nice room nice size room too. The staff was very helpful and anything I needed. Everything looked great even the parking lot was clean. The front desk person when we checked in was extraordinary. She went above and beyond. Everything was very clean. We were only there overnight; the room was spacious and had everything you may need for a longer stay. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.
