The pool was closed, in July, in Florida. We were stranded because of the Delta airlines mess. A pool would have been nice. Also, we killed two very large roaches (palmetto bugs) in the room.

Almost but not quite.
The comforters should be washed they were disgusting and the shower had this weird half a glass thingy which I didn’t understand overall they just had subpar housekeeping. And was kind disappointed that the pool wasn’t open I literally picked this hotel because of the pool. The stay wasn’t bad just needs a little more enthusiasm outside of the front office. The office and kitchen staff were great but I can’t say the same for the rooms.
