Experience the updated luxury of this first floor villa offering stunning ocean views in a VERY PRIVATE setting within the prestigious, gated Amelia Surf and Racquet Club! The 2 bed/2 bath split floorplan offers tremendous privacy to both suites and the ideal terrace level location means that access to the beach and pools is just steps away across a beautiful sweeping lawn from either of the two private covered patios! The lush tropical setting, spectacular oceanfront views, gorgeous updated interior and private location makes this Villa one of a kind! Perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation.



The Villa sleeps up to six .The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new sealy posturepedic mattress. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio. The guest room has twin beds and a sliding door to another private patio. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. This deluxe floor plan splits the bedrooms offering privacy to both suites. The living room furniture is slipcovered to allow frequent laundering. All linens are frequently replaced. The comfortable, relaxing atmosphere melts away stress the minute you walk in the door!


We supply beach chairs, towels, and a few toys for your use.

Children love playing on the thick green grass while you enjoy an afternoon drink on the patio. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted clay tennis courts and two newly renovated pools. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa resort is located a short walk from our property.

Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernandina Beach a great place for dining and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are nearby. If you play golf or tennis, you will have many venues to choose from. We have a tennis pro on site that is available for lessons or to help you schedule a match. This is a great tennis team get away location.

All Surf and Racquet condos are individually owned and maintained. We prefer to manage our own property to offer you the best service and value. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness. This is our vacation home as well as a rental for others. We try to offer everything that we would want in a vacation rental.

This condo is totally updated.. , Wifi, local and long distance land line, and hd/ cable is included.

Beautiful view and nicely appointed condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view could not be beat. It was very well appointed - everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals, and it was really nice to have some extras, like beach chairs and board games. Everything was very clean. Check in/check out was really easy. The instructions sent ahead of time was really helpful too. We definitely recommend!

Family getaway

The condo had easy access to beach and pools. We appreciated having beach chairs available since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. Julie was quick to respond to my questions before our arrival, and I never had to contact her for anything during our stay, which is always a good thing. 🙂

Beautiful Condo on Amelia Island

This was my family's first trip to Amelia Island and we loved it! This condo was beautiful and comfortable. It had the perfect first floor location with easy access to both the beach and the pool. Julie was very easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely come back!!

Amelia surf and racquet

We have come here every year for the past 12 years. This was the first time we stayed in this condo and all of us agree that this was the best place we ever stayed. It’s clean and it had plenty of space to put away your clothes and kitchen items. The fact you could see the ocean from the first floor was a huge bonus. We loved the space we had. The two master suites was a plus! We even forgot something and the host was great in notifying us and making sure we got it back. We hope we can stay here again.

Beautiful place!

Very easy check-in process. The property was even more beautiful in person. Loved the view out of our living room window. I stayed here with my husband and two daughters and felt there was plenty of space for all of us. The beach was a short walk away which was great since we went down there everyday. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Very clean and all of the furniture was comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is wonderful. The location is excellent. Close to everything in Amelia Island and super easy access to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. This may be the cleanest condo we have ever rented. We look forward to returning.

Fun, relaxing trip

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as listed. We couldn't get over how quiet the complex was despite looking fairly full with the number of cars in the parking lot. It was as if we had a private home on the beach. It didn't feel like a condo at all since we had walk out access to the beach boardwalk. We used the beach chairs provided but left behind a taller lawn chair version for those unable to get up and down from the low rider chairs. Hopefully another person with limited mobility can make use of that. Amelia island was just what we needed. Laid back, friendly people, great food (recommend the paella at Espana), sunny weather and gorgeous scenery. Would love to come back!

This was an A+ vrbo experience! The owners were so prompt and prepared with communication. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We never needed to contact the owners the entire trip as everything was in great condition and all instructions were clear for entry, wifi, etc. And of course, the beach and location were AWESOME. So easy and such a great setup for us with a 1 year old. We will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful home, even better than the pictures! Loved that it was a 1st floor unit with a perfect view of the dunes and beach. Everything was very clean and the location is great with a grocery store only about 1/2 mile away. We spent one day on Cumberland Island which was 35 minutes away. The historic downtown area is not far and has great shops and restaurants. This is a property I would definitely like to revisit!
