Get ready to make lasting vacation memories at this gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo, located on beautiful Amelia Island!

Newly renovated with pool and tennis court access, this incredible oceanfront unit offers everything that you could possibly want for your beachside getaway. Entering through the kitchen area of this 3rd floor villa, you will immediately feel embraced by this bright and beachy home. Tastefully decorated in bright tones with bold pops of color, B132 is certainly designed to impress, with an open floor concept, allowing for easy conversation and entertaining between the fully-equipped and updated kitchen and the spacious and comfortable living and dining areas. Soak in the incredible sea views from the large, fully furnished balcony, easily accessed from the main living area.

B132 includes a private bedroom with an updated king size bed, luxury linens, and SMART TV. A sofa sleeper is additionally provided in the main living area, both of which have access to the fully updated bathroom. This unit includes access to a number of amenities at the Surf and Racquet Club complex, including direct beach access, two oceanfront swimming pools, and a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

Perfect Getaway

Spent 3 nights here in 132. Great view of the ocean, especially from the porch. Very clean with all the comforts of home. Negatives: I couldn’t find FOX news and the condo could use a ceiling fam the the bedroom. We can definitely recommend staying here.

The property was nice. Tv in living room went out and was never fixed which was an inconvenience. The tv in bedroom worked but when my husband wanted to sleep the tv was on because I could not go in living room. Also one of the windows for the ocean view room was dirty so we could not see beach as well. Enjoyed our stay

Pristine accommodation with great beach view.

Really perfect for a couple - the unit seemed almost brand new. The best feature: the covered balcony with a great beach front view. The dunes are filled with wildlife (many turtles), as is the whole island. Despite good weather, the beach wasn't crowded. Thanks for the beach chairs and umbrella - we used them every day!

Love Amelia Surf and Racquet Club

We’ve rented at the Surf and Racquet for over 25 years and are familiar with many properties. There were many positives about this unit: the view from the balcony, well-stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, comfortable bed. There are also things that weren’t so nice, in particular the permanently fogged-over picture window that obscured the view to the ocean from the living area and a clothes dryer that didn’t heat (they finally sent a repair person on the last day of our 2 week stay). We will probably rent a more recently renovated unit next year.

Great location for Concour

The location was great for the concour, allowing us to walk down the street and be there in minutes. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out there with coffee. The check-in process was effortless, and timely. Overall, the condo is great for a long weekend and a couple - having all the kitchen amenities that you need.

Million dollar view of the ocean marred by one of three major windows panes fogged over by broken seal. Also learned that larger units in same condo group were available for less money. So, sub par and overpriced.
