Although the staff was friendly, the room was clean, there were other issues of why I gave this rating.The room was very claustrophobic. The love seat was in front of the bed with a tiny table, you could not eat a meal on. In front of that was a chair and a desk, of which you would have to move the table for the chair to slide out. It was beyond tight for me, very uncomfortable. But the icing on all of this was the thin walls. I didn't get any sleep, because the person in the room next to mine, snored all night, and I could hear every sound in my bed. I had to turn on sleep music, and it still didn't drown out the snoring sounds. It was truly awful. I wish I could get a refund, because it was my birthday celebration weekend with friends, and it really was disappointing.

We stayed the weekend for my daughters competition.The hotel itself was nice and clean, they have a fit nice pit outside, however in our room there was gum on the wall with crumbs and hair all over the "clean sheets". The TV acted weird all weekend, one minute it would work and then the next minute it wouldn't. The walls are super thin so sleeping was rough. I heard everything going on around the rooms from banging on the walls, everyones conversations in the hallway, people running up and down the halls and the "adult activities" going on in the next room. When i finally fell asleep i woke up around 4am to what sounded like someone trying to break into the room. So i didn't get much sleep. On the 2nd night it was the same thing only this time there was a party going on a few doors down, so again no sleep. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly, but its definitely not a place you want to stay at if you need to sleep

Took time to check in online prior to arrival. No point as I still was at desk at least 5 mins to check in with mediocre staff member who did not greet, took forever to initiate interaction and was not happy to assist. You will be charged $100 deposit; this is not disclosed prior to stay or at booking. Room had some cosmetic issues: mold in sinks/shower, broken laundry sliding door, dirty/stained rugs. Location is SUPER noisy. Was placed on first floor. You will hear traffic from roadways. Heard next door dumpster being dumped after 1am. Walls are paper thin. Could hear conversations from one side. This hotel must be a brothel because on top of outside noise all I heard was sexual intercourse until after 2am from the other neighboring rooms both beside and above. Housekeeping starts around 6am. All you hear is slamming of doors and loud communication in hallways. Good luck getting any rest or sleeping in. Absolute annoyance after being up half the night. Would not stay again,

Terrible do not book here they will scam you filing a complaint on Monday morning they gave my room away that’s been booked a month in advance to another couple to make money had me drive 4 hours to stay here just to not be able to check in when I already checked in online prior to arriving didn’t call me didn’t reach out to me just turned me around when I arrived this was the most hurtful experience ever because it was Valentine’s Day and i traveled for a couple and was not able to fulfill my job duties and was not able to find a hotel last minute had to drive back home plans were ruined DO NOT BOOK
