1) I paid extra to have 2 queen beds and they gave me regular full size beds. By the time I settled into the room at 9pm and noticed the error it was too late to change rooms. Incompetent reception. They should give me the difference back or credit 2) the only towels provided are the washcloths and bath towels, no hand towels not even a bath mat

My issue was the bed!! They def need to upgrade on the bed bc it wasn’t sturdy at all! Kept squeaking Everytime my wife and I move! Plus the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade!!
