Wonderful Direct Beachfront 1 bdrm with the best view of the Ocean and pool

Welcome. You have come to the right place. This direct oceanfront beach condo is at the Topsail Dune Villas, North Topsail Beach on the barrier islands, North Carolina. This condo really does have the best view. We just updated the whole condo. All new stainless-steel appliances, gorgeous kitchen, granite counter tops, bathroom update, nice new tile floor, unique built-in cabinets in the bedroom. We put in a whole new really nice bathtub shower this February. This second-floor condo is tastefully decorated with nautical decor and soothing colors. We have beautiful cherry flooring in the main living area and cherry bamboo flooring in the master bedroom. This is your front row seat to the ocean. Hear the ocean from every room.
Pristine beaches are just footsteps away. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. We will send you a list upon booking. The 26-mile Topsail Island offers lots of shopping and fun activities. 40 miles south is Wilmington where you will find more fun activities. 18 Miles north is Jacksonville, NC. The closest airport is Albert J Ellis Airport if you plan to fly.
Sit back, relax on the deck with your cup of Java. Watch fishing boats, dolphins and much more. You may even spot a whale we’ve been told.

A fantastic property!
I stayed for the month of January. Everything that was needed for comfort and home conveniences were available.Getting up daily to see a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic is something I would get up every morning to witness. It was also entertaining to see dolphins daily, at times more than a dozen together. I didn’t use the pool as it was closed in January. But the condo looks out directly over the pool and then the beach and water. This view daily is very special!

Girls Trip
When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Beautiful Topsail Stay
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

We really enjoy staying in this beautiful condo with the view. This is the perfect retreat for anyone. The kitchen has all you need and is gorgeous. The host is quick to respond. Condo was nice and clean. This is our 2nd visit. We Will be back a third time. We highly recommend a stay here.

Owner unnecessarily charged for new stove
The owner of this unit placed (or her cleaning lady) small but heavy ceramic salt and pepper shakers on ledge above glass cooktop. One of them accidently dropped on glass cooktop and cracked the glass. These glass tops are known to crack from items falling on them and are easily replaced with a new glass top. But the owner charged our card for a whole, brand new stove. This killed what could have been a good experience. We have spent over $5000 on VRBOs over the last couple of months but may go back to hotel stays.

Nice cozy condo
I, my wife and two our kids stayed for a last week of August. It’s our fourth visit to Topsail and first time in this condo complex. The unit was clean and everything functional with well stocked kitchen. For us it was a perfect size and the price. Pool and beachfront location is priceless.

Great location!
Right on the beach and in front of pool. Was worried about noise from pool but no problem. Condo is soundproof and pool closed promptly at 800 every evening. Be prepared for climbing steps but manageable. Quiet and clean.
