Very clean hotel. We had a nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Honestly, it felt very luxurious and wasn’t pricey so the value was great. The only downside was the area around the hotel has a lot of dogs that would often all start barking throughout the night, so as a light sleeper, it did wake me up frequently. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance, but for any big city attractions, you’ll need to a mode of transportation. Overall, great stay though.
Beautiful hotel! The room was very nice and comfortable and service was helpful. Had a great dinner at their sister restaurant, Peacock, and recommend going.
We stayed here for 2 nights, the check in was very smooth, they have a restaurant down the road called peacock, we had a very good evening meal in there.
The room was clean, and very comfortable, the hot water took a while to come through though. They provided powdered clay for a face in the room which was a nice tough tha we enjoyed doing.
Great hotel to explore Jaipur
The property is located in downtown Jaipur close to many dining options.
The property itself is not a very comfortable place to stay. Their rooms need ton of maintenance and the area is extremely noisy as there's a temple right across where Aarti goes on at 6 in the morning for 15-20 minutes.
The rooms had something or the other broken. Initially for a king bed we were given 2 twin beds combined which was extremely inconvenient as they were not properly put together. The staff changed our room after 2 nights but the new room had walls peeling off and it was super dirty. At that point we were just tired and wanted to leave.
Staff is friendly but I wish those service staff folks would maintain the property well. I would not recommend staying here as there are much better with high quality properties available near by.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Each room is spacious and has its own unique design. Location was convenient and each sightseeing was 15-20 minutes away. The only problem is their cleaning service. It seems they don't have a checklist to go through. One day they forgot toilet paper, one day they forgot to replace towels. One day they forgot to charge shampoos and everyday I had to call them asking them to bring stuff. All people working there was super nice and friendly
Beautiful boutique hotel property with individually decorated rooms. Attentive service. Great restaurant Peacock at sister hotel with free tuk tuk service between. Breakfast service at hotel is slow which is only minor negative but can be helped by ordering night before. Fantastic laundry service.
From the moment i arrived the service was excellent! Check-in was easy and a porter helped me with my bags up to the room. My room was impeccably designed and i literally felt like royalty. The windows were ornately decorated with sculptured arches, a very unique experience. They have a free transfer to their sister property for the restaurant as there isn't one onsite. Overall i was very impressed...
We loved our time at the Pearl Palace Hotel! The rooms are amazing (we booked 2) - The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, super clean, and comfortable (with A/C). Equally important, Sugam was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Too, Raju, and all the other staff were very accommodating. Western hotels can learn a thing or two from this hotel on hospitality.
I asked that I would have been having meeting in my room due to COVID-19 issues and still I was disallowed with meeting. Before checking I had intimated the concerned person about the same but this no cognizene was take care off…
It’s such a beautiful historic type of property, it reminds you of Casa Batlló in Barcelona, designed by A Gaudi. It’s a small single standing building with hardly any frontage, but extra ordinary in every architectural detail. Each room is uniquely designed.
Although the front staff are not like a five star facility, they behave more like a one or two star desk staff. But they are polite and courteous. They cannot help you a lot on your travel plans but with google map and Orbitz and Uber, you don’t need any!
The food had limited options since they are smack in downtown and walking distance to a lot of eateries.
But do not be fooled, the stay there is memorable and you ought to do it at least once in your life! You feel like a noble person or a Queen/King !!
Go around the inside and carefully enjoy all the details on the walls, few buildings in the whole world can be compared to it.
Had no issues with the hotel. Have an issue with hotels.com. The room you described and booked as a suite and confirmed to me was sent as a booking to the hotel as superior room. So incorrect information from you to both parties. Do take a look and revert.
Dreamy bed with fine sheets. Nicely carpeted floors and hand painted walls. Wonderful rain shower with endless hot water. Great bathroom amenities with special exfoliant and mask. Bathrobes too.
