Meeting the expectation
The hotel has an amazing location, it is connected to a shopping centre with a lot of options for food. The room is clean and well managed. It is very comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Did a seamless early check in with the help of Salsa and she informed me promptly when the room was ready. I really appreciate her. Thank you, Salsa.

Harris Hotel Jakarta
We selected this hotel based on location in relation to several things we needed to attend to. The staff was always helpful and kind, rooms were clean and well maintained. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was the standard breakfast buffet for this class of property. The hotel is attached to a very large mall with a great variety of dining options a short indoor walk away. This was a plus for us. The only negative I have related to our stay was the pool area. The pool area has high top chairs and coffee tables and chairs all around the pool. Two meters below the pool there are lounge chairs with no sight of the pool. The lounge chairs are directly in front of the plate glass windows for the gym. This means anyone using the treadmills are looking straight down on anyone using the loungers. Also any meetings held at the facility are on the same floor so everyone empties out of meetings and converges on the pool area to smoke and drink coffee. In my opinion this was not a well thought out plan or design making relaxation at the pool area difficult. Overall a nice property for the price other than the pool area.

Convenient location. Air conditioning central control, set at 25 deg c too warm. Should be at 24 degree c. One night it hose down to 21 degree c, where too cold.
