Efficient business trip
Great lobby staff and very convenient location. Room is new but small issues with safe not working but fixed rapidly. There was solvent smell on first day in the floor but resolved. Why would you use solvents in enclosed space I don’t know ? They offer bikes and helmets, it is a great service but hotel can improve the maintenance of the bikes periodically. Breakfast quality was average, better to skip it.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly, service is good. Buffet breakfast is tasty and hv a good spread of choices. As the same as swissotel next door, the shower area definitely can be improved on.

Room was nicely design. Bed is very comfortable and allowed for good sleep to fully recharge. Location is great with only 20min drive to the airport and lots of food options around. Great breakfast buffet.

The room is clean. The front desk service is good but the restaurant service is yet to improve especially during breakfast time. Service crews are too little, a lot of tables not clean, and new customers cannot find their seat during breakfast time.

Not 4 star if you can hear all your neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Don't expect a good nights sleep. My bed actually jumped when my neighbor banged their door.
