A really nice hotel to stay at any time and especially for access to international flight. A highlight of our trip was the evening spent at the Sheraton with friends and relatives able to visit and use the cafe and dining room. No request was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel who went out of their way on several occasions to make our stay memorable. It is easy to recommend this hotel.

An old favourite

We have been using this hotel for nearly 20 years and we always love it. Recent refurbishments have only improved an already good hotel. Really friendly staff throughout and good airport shuttle

Such a beautiful hotel located so close to the airport, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the food was also a highlight. Would definitely stay here again if i ever found myself flying via jakarta

Excellent spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. AC was wonderfully cold. Towels were thick and washcloths were provided, unusual in Indonesia. Plenty of bottled water was included too. The only minor negative was the pooling of water in the shower which caused the floor to be wet. I would highly recommend the Sheraton!
