A great stop over.
A great place for a lay over. Room was very comfortable, pool was good. I only mark 4/5 on service as sometimes, that was a lack of understanding of requests on both sides. But, that’s my lack of Indonesian and expecting everyone to be fluent in English! It is NOT a complaint.

The room was great expect that it did smell a bit moldy. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very useful. The driver kept us informed where he was via WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The front desk was attentive and very helpful. I respect the fact that they asked for criticisms and suggestions for improvement, at the end of our stay.

Our recent short stay at the Sheraton Soekarno Hatta was such a memorable experience. The proximity to the airport was a plus factor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel decor was simply magnificent. Every area of the hotel was tastefully decorated. The rooms were so comfortable, and the beds felt like the beds in our own home. The hotel staff and the restaurant were friendly and took care of us. Excellent service!! We will surely stay in this hotel again.

Checked in for an overnight ahead of an early flight, so didn't get to try out facilities or breakfast. Great service: staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bathroom sink wasn't draining and front desk quickly despatched someone to fix it. Room was large, quiet and comfortable, but AC was a little too loud for me. Overall a comfortable stay, and appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle.

Lovely hotel , nice rooms , good pool and fitness facilities, close to the airport , great for a short stay . Nothing anywhere around the hotel , so you’re kind of stuck there . No shuttle from the airport & only till 2 pm to the airport . Transport is expensive- relative to other things , it only takes 5 minutes to get to departures ! Breakfast was a massive spread , pastries and coffee very average . Staff very absolutely fantastic, all go out of their way to accommodate and help you , despite the slight language barrier!
