The hotel should get rid of the carpets and put wood floors. Our room had a few stains. Overall the hôtel is average but location is nice. Staff is very nice too

At 4 o’clock my room was not ready they did not apologize wanted me to sit in a chair that needs to be thrown away and then they put me in a room that had black mold peeling wallpaper and wet carpet. The front desk manager claimed to be the general manager as well as a young girl sitting at the concierge desk. so along with a wet moldy room I have people impersonating general managers and not handling the situation. I was given no apology . Nothing but a blank stare from the front desk manager when I stated we were in a room that smelled like mold had black mold and wet carpet. I asked her why she didn’t apologize and she claimed that they would look into the room. I had to ask for an incident report And the floor manager contacted me not the general manager. Horrible staff horrible property my advice stay somewhere else !

The hotel itself was great. The beds are full size. Smaller than usual. That area has lots of homeless people around at night.

Great hotel to stay at, especially if you’re going to a padres game or just hanging around gas lamp! The only complaint I had was the room felt musty and had a slight must smell but other than that, it was a great experience! Will stay again!
