The complimentary breakfast was better than at similar hotels where I have stayed recently. The room was very clean as were the lobby, elevators, public bathroom, and eating areas. My only complaint was the shampoo bottle would not dispense easily and the conditioner was out. I am very glad that hotels have mostly stopped using all those small bottles, but too many times I have trouble with the large ones or they are empty. This is not something a guest should have to call the front desk about, and of course, a guest is not going to after she/he is in the shower.

It was good. The room was excellent. The only thing I did not like is that the bathroom's door. The bathroom's door should always be a locking door, for privacy, even if the occupants are family relatives. That sliding door does not close fully; and even if closed, there is an opening and no privacy. Therefore, the bathroom's door should have a lock, even if the occupants are family members. Other than that, everything was great! The personnel were very respectfull,

I will not stay at this hotel again. They put me into a room where the heater would not sufficiently heat the room. Then I had to move to another room, which was inconvenient due to the fact I had all unpacked. Then the manager said he'd give me a $50. gift card which he did not follow up with, despite me calling him a second time.
