We wasted a lot of time at the receptionist who wasn’t able to do a simple check in booked through Expedia. Despite given the reservation print out from Expedia, he couldn’t find our reservation, he kept asking for reservation number and name. He also was rude, he mistook me for another reservation 1 month ago (and told us we had an expired reservation). I get the feeling he didn’t know what he was doing and finally he had to call for help from another colleague after 20 mins of going round in circles. When we reach our room there was no towel! When we went to the reception to ask for towels, they said there is no more towels and we had to wait 1 hour! We insisted they had to find some and they finally brought 2 over. Overall a bad experience, rude customer service and totally waste of money.

Property looks a bit below average from the outside but dont be deceived by it. Inside the rooms are clean and well appointed. Pleasantly surprised after i opened the room door. Clean spacious room and bathroom. Loved the AC, super cold and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located close to super markets and malls. Laundry is right next door with fast and quality service (same day). A lot of restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here on my future visits.

Comfortable family-friendly, great value for money
An entire suite for 4 people with a double & twin room, with two bathrooms and a kitchen-lounge area. More like an apartment, really. Great value for money. Café with TV lounge. No restaurant, but there is one at the twin hotel, WOW Jeddah, at the end of the road, less than 5 minutes' walk. Only 10-15 minutes by car to Jeddah Airport: we booked an Uber the night before & arrived well in time for our flight.

The female receptionist had a bad attitude but the males were a bit nicer, especially the male who helped me with my bags. The carpet felt dirty, inside the shower was damaged, and all the chalk around the corner of tile floors was brown and disgusting. Also didn't like that all the rooms allowed smoking and there were ashtrays by the elevator. Also Wifi was TERRIBLE! It stopped working for the night and I was only able to get it in the morning.

The hotel is very nice. The building, the room and cafe. I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Mosque is close by. The cafe was nice. The WiFi was good. Only the TV remote was not working. Also front desk was ok but not helpful at all. Reached out for couple things and they didn’t help. The opposite the cafe staff was very helpful. The hotel should consider installing usb charging for customer’s convenience. I recommend this hotel for future stay.
