The location was close to the event i came in town for. The outside door key did not work. Tiles on the floor loss. No direction on phone on how to get a hold of staff or service. No resterant on site. Call down to front deak on my cell phone Put on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up.

Always a good stay here. Only issue was a member of the housekeeping staff woke us at 9AM and told us checkout time was at 9. Checkout time is 11AM.

Ok for one night. Budget friendly. Room has seen better days. Stains on carpet and lamp shade, missing sheer curtain on half the window, tears in desk chair, empty tissue box in bathroom. Staff super nice.

The hotel was OK, but had a bit of an eerie feeling for some weird reason. The pool had too much of chlorine that eyes were burning for a long time after getting out of the pool.

Selected this property for the pool, arrive to find out the pool was “out of service” for an unknown amount of time. There were no disclosures provided or any indication in their messaging to us that it was closed. Had we known, we would have selected another property.

Great place for a stop over in Jeffersonville /Louisville area! Close to everything.. room was spacious, clean and quiet. Although there is evidence of restoration needs in the room it was still functional(ie tub needing resurfacing) but not keeping you from a warm shower,, temp was good but could have been slightly hot..beautiful foyer, even a baby grand off of foyer(from a pianist please tune and repair missing ivory.. such a beauty and one who tried to play—disappointing) good restaurant and pool area.. can only guess what it looked like in its Prime!! Since it’s only 5 miles from our Sons and family will definitely be stopping again next trip!! Friendly staff and easy check in.. happy New year!!
