I like soft the bed was,how clean the room was, and most of all the price. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get my TV to work and had to switch rooms. I didn't like the fact that I had to go all the way across the property to the bar to get drinks since the cold machine said cash only but had no spot to put cash into it.

The heated pool in the main lobby area was attractive. But the I-wing was in much need of updating and the bathtub was patchly painted and looked scary. There was no microwave in the room and the icemaker in the isolated I-wing didnt work.

The main part at the entrance seemed very nice and I was kind of excited. But I was in the wing unit, and it was in terrible condition outside. I tripped every time I walked out of my room because the flooring was hooved up. I had to go to another floor for the ice machine due to the one on my floor not working, and both of them didn’t have a bottom to set your bucket on. It seems like this part of the hotel was 100 years old with no upkeep. The room itself was very clean and roomy. I got a text as soon as I got there from the facility, saying if you have any questions or need anything, just reply to this message. When I replied with a question a few hours later, I got no reply at all. I got a great price for this place through Orbitz, but The facility needs some TLC.
