Might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. My first night I was having trouble with the Chromecast and called the help desk. They said they would send someone up right away to assist me. The guy showed up in about 90 seconds and I was on one of the higher floors so it was impressive he got up there so fast! The entire hotel, from the lobby to the room I stayed at, was spotlessly clean as well. My room was perfect too with a great view. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommended it for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Jeju. Also, make sure you eat at Cafe 8 (on the 8th floor) at least once during your stay. It has some of the best food ever and the staff are extremely friendly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction from the moment we arrived. What stood out was the concierge team, absolutely incredible! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whether arranging transportation, recommending fantastic local restaurants, or providing insider tips on the best places to visit, they always delivered with a smile and a great attitude. Their dedication truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms and stunning views. The amenities are top-notch, including a fabulous pool area and dining options that cater to every palate. It's conveniently located, allowing easy access to the city and nearby attractions. If you're looking for a hotel that offers world-class service and makes you feel like a valued guest, we highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Jeju. We'll definitely be returning!
