Easy check in with friendly staff. Clean rooms with clean water and ice dispensers on each floor. They charge extra for pool use, which my husband and I did not opt for. However, they do offer an amazing view in their breakfast/ dinner restaurant! Location was good considering they had local restaurants, CUs, cafes walking distance.

My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Convenient choice for a first trip to Jeju Island

This was my first stay at a Lotte brand hotel, and I selected it mainly due to the location; great for tour coach pick-up, local transport, getting a lay-of-the-land on a first visit to Jeju Island, and city shopping and entertainment. The hotel staff and location are the best points to this hotel, and as a solo traveller, the price for Jeju Island was great. However, the hotel itself feels rowdy when you turn up as it’s joined to a Duty Free Mall, and the rooms feel tired and dated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and if I one day decide to return to Jeju, I’ll pick a beach-side or smaller town hotel.
