Simply nice
It was a great hotel with a quiet location and a view of the ocean. It was clean and simple, but had everything you needed, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Jeju City.

A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm. Also the fitness room needs to be open 24hrs. Im on vacation, not living on a normal schedule. Would to like to access the fitness center any time of the night. Everything closes to early.

온돌방 너무 좋다요! 다만 슬리퍼가 화장실에서 너무 미끄러워요 ㅜㅜ 근데 너무 좋고 가든 뷰 인데, 객실에서 바다도 보이고 수영장 이용 가능하고 조용하고 너무 좋아요. 담에 또 갈래요! 근데 크리스마스 패키지 선물은 쇼핑백이나 룸에 비치 해주시지 ㅜㅜ 걍 병만 주셔서 좀 당황 ㅋ 그래더 맛도 좋고 좋았어요

전체적 만족 그리고 아쉬움
호텔은 신라스테이 답게 청결하고 깔끔했습니다. 흔히 비즈니스 호텔 보다는 휴양시설 이라는 생각이 들었고요. 숙박시설로서는 만족했습니다. 다만 겨울철 야외수영장이 조금 아쉬운점이 있습니다. 야외 수영후 쉬는 시간 자쿠지 아니면 몸을 녹일 때가 없고요 슬리퍼 필히 지참하고 가세요. 맨발로 다녀야 하는데 발 얼기 딱 좋습니다. 저는 둘째 아이 키가 130이하라 의무적으로 구명조끼 착용은 이해하지만 자쿠지 안에서 까지 하고 있으라고 하니 아이가 많이 불편해하네요. 물도 얕고 보호자와 같이 있는데도 불구하고요. 그리고 야외수영장 화장실도 좀 떨어져 있어서 접근성이 아쉽고요. 화장실 바닥 미끄럼 조심하세요. 젖은 맨 바닥타일 넘어지기 쉽상입니다. 야외 사우나 시설이나 기본적인 히터라도 하나 있으면 참 좋겠다는 생각이 듭니다.
