I was in Jena for a couple of meetings and stayed at the iBis. Great staff and great service. Excellent breakfast buffet. A great location too - close to tons of restaurants and bars.

Nice place in the heart of Jena
Ibis was a perfect place for us to stay in Jena while visiting family in the area. Jena is delightful, has shops, restaurants, and good transportation to surrounding areas. The room was comfortable and we were in a good location in Jena to walk to local shops and bistros and catch the trams. We did not participate in any meals at the Ibis so cannot comment. Front staff spoke adequate English, some were better than others. All in all, it was a good place to stay in Jena.

Good business hotel
The hotel is located very close to the train station as well as to the city centre. Unlike other hotels in the area, the Ibis allows you to control the temperature and fan speed, which is a blessing! decent breakfast spread, and friendly staff!

Nice central location. Bed was utilitarian but comfortable enough; I prefer a harder mattress and this was the case. Breakfast was more than adequate.
