Great value. A few things need perfecting but for the price, can't really complain too much. Lighting indoors could be harsh on the eyes. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. But in general, the property is very well-kept and pleasant. Regular, everyday folk live here, in some of the units and this can be refreshing. .

This was perfect for what my husband and I needed for our short trip. The apartment looked and felt like it was just renovated. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Nice location but…
Decent location but needs modernization. Once you book you get what you get irregardless of length of stay. Just be aware of the fact that they are not a hotel and don’t provide services like a hotel, which you won’t find out until after you book or need something like towels. Also. if you have a maintenance request it may or may not get handled because even if they respond it is not necessarily from someone at the property. If you are staying longer than a week you will need to bring more essentials than they provide and make sure you have quarters for the laundry machines if you need to wash your clothes.

There were both strong positives and strong negatives for this property. Most notable: my booking was specifically for the first floor apartment, since my foot is broken. They changed my booking for a room on the second floor, which is sold at a cheaper rate. And refused to refund the difference. Which even Expedia thought was ridiculous so Expedia refunded me directly. When I arrived on Saturday, there seemed to be no hot water. Neither I or Expedia could reach anyone until Monday. Turns out there was hot water. But installed backwards, so cold was hot and hot was cold. Woke up at 3 AM to a cockroach or palmetto bug crawling on my hand. Shower door installed unevenly so the glass sliding door would insist on opening while in use. Prior tenants porn history was visible with cover images when turning the TV on. Positives: Nice appliances and furnishings. Safe area. Clean room and grounds. The people on site were nice. Air conditioning worked well. Pest Control arrived same day I complained about the Roach. If I hadn’t of been screwed over on my room booking, my rating would have been better. But to very blatantly change my room to a cheaper room and refused to pay the difference. It’s just ridiculous.

RiverWatch Apartments
What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

The place was over the top clean. Pool water was pristine. On site management (Susie) could not do enough in a special circumstance that required quick attention.

This is the second time we stayed here. I prefer a first floor apartment but we managed with the second floor. I don’t mind the no housekeeping or cleaning during our stay. I would like better garbage bags. It’s a pleasant place to stay.

Great Home away from Home!
When we arrived, there was a little glitch, I made the reservations in my name, Donna, however I used my husband's credit card for the Security Deposit, therefore we were not given a code for the door. The Property Manager was very helpful and told us that she did see that we had a reservation. Since it was raining hard, she allowed us to go into the unit but said that we should contact the listing agent. Once I received a message about the credit card and used mine, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay and is looking forward to staying there again. Location and accommodations were great!

I've always had great stays here. However, this time I had no television connection. I tried everything and sent a message and was told it would be looked at the next day. It was not. Other than that it was a decent stay. Also, are pets now allowed? Dog are all over the place.
