PRIVATE - North Lodge and Clubhouse. SLEEPS 40 PEOPLE. Great place for Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats, Weddings, Dances, and Special Events. Experience our themed rooms like our Dinosaur, Outlaw, and Airplane rooms.
Large Clubhouse and kitchen. Plenty to do from White Water Rafting, Fishing, Playground, Foosball, Ping Pong, Cornhole, BBQ, ATV trails & more. Only 6 miles from Dinosaur National Monument. Right next to the Green River. Come make memories!

ATV vacation
Spent 3 nights here. Was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a hard day of riding trails in the area. The rooms are nice and clean (each room has a unique theme.) Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles/ATV trailers. The price of the 8 rooms also included access to a huge clubhouse/full kitchen (we had 16 people sitting around 1 large table playing cards and still used less than1/4 of the available space in the club house. We didn’t even use the second floor which is just as big as the main level!

Perfect for family reunions and groups!
The property had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the extra tables and chairs onsite and the firepit. The ice machine is the best!! The shade was perfect for our activities. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. We had great communication with them and would recommend to anyone. Many people in our group are wanting to rent again for they’re family reunions. Five star!!
