At checkin I asked for a feather free bed. They said sure but didn’t do it. Later, at bedtime, I asked again and they had us pack up and change rooms. Kind of a pain. Also the restaurant has a limited menu.

The bike rental fee is hidden
Lovely hotel, I stayed there because of location and the fact they advertised bicycles for use, not any mention of a fee for the bicycle anywhere. When I received my credit card statement there was a $50 fee for the bike. Not one person mentioned a fee, the waiver did not mention the fee. For $500/ night I did not appreciate this passive/aggressive policy. That was my only complaint.

What an amazing hotel—so beautiful with Incredibly personal, thoughtful amenities including delicious coffee and tea available on every floor and a yoga room, along with artisanal Vermont touches everywhere. I would love to stay in a Hotel Vermont in any state! Great choice for Burlington and a reason to go back!
