Sleep with cockroach, I have 2 rooms but all the key card can unlock both rooms and one of my room the door was unlocked when I’m not in the room come back from time square

The sooms smell og weed, bathrooms old and dirty
We vere in 3 room all together in our 7 days stay. All rooms smelled of weed and they were supposed to be non smoking rooms. The rooms were old and the bathrooms were looking like what it was. Old, old dirt in the corners and hair from other people on the walls.

Immediately going into the bathroom once checking in there was trash and dirt piled in the corner. Once we got to our room, the tub was stained and cleaner not cleaned off. There was crusted stuff on the sink that wouldn’t come off either, with the peeling wallpaper and chipped tiles. The heater didn’t shut off once it reached the suggested temp and had to manually turn it on and off. It is a very noisy location but you can see that from the map. The bedding, towels, etc had orange stains and cigarette holes. Not to mention being locked out of the room for 30 minutes because the door battery broke, but that isn’t their fault, the manager was quick to respond and waited for us to get back to the room before checking one more time.

This was a horrendous place to book. The room was just nasty, peeling paint, holes in walls, power box hanging out of the wall, unpleasant smell, baseboards missing and exposed grout and unfinished drywall. We did not stay and will be asking for a refund. $200 a night! You are crazy if this is acceptable.

Disgusting and way outdated. Pictures and branding are false advertisement do not match current state. The advertisements in name doesn't mention express inn. Never stayed at such a subpar Wyndham hotel. Door would've shut properly. The bed skirt black filthy. Bed bugs given to front desk from room 102. Expect a full refund plus a stay at a clean bug free hotel. Have 15 bites. Not happy, traumatized and emotionally distressed.

We got what we paid for. The room was clean, the outlets worked , we had hot water , working AC and a working shower. The hotel is a bit raggedy, the carpet and the windows were dirty.

Felt very unsafe. Very loud. Someone definitely tried to break in or something bc my door nob was tugged on in the middle of the night. Check in was sketchy very motel horror vibe and there was bulletproof glass protecting the person at the desk. Very unsettling.

Dissatisfied and disappointed.
Horrible experience. The property was unkept, dirty and felt unsafe. The highway-adjacent parking lot was even unkept and felt unsafe as the one light post onsite was knocked down rendering it inoperable. I did not stay the night. I left and went to a different hotel. The staff was not helpful and insisted I pay for the room. I am not happy at all. Hotels.com should work to support a refund due to the low quality and poor service. The photos do not depict this property adequately at all.

This property was essentially an abandoned dump. There were construction materials, abandoned toys, abandon equipment in the parking area. Black mold was in the room. Television and electrical lamps were inoperable broken and covered in mildew. There were some live and dead in sex such as spiders and roaches entering through broken screen doors and windows. The representation of free breakfast is a misrepresentation. It is simply a brown paper bag with a store-bought muffin and a bottle of orange juice and a granola bar clearly purchased from a bulk product store such as Costco or BJs Wholesale. The sanitary conditions were so egregious that there are clearly Municipal Health violations on this property.
