Breakfast was very basic. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages and pancakes. Tea and coffee were readily available and cereal, but when they are providing it for free you can’t complain. The free shuttle bus was a godsend and they will take you anywhere you’d like to go within reason, however one morning I went to the desk to ask if I could book the bus for 8 people for 9 am, but was told I had to go back at 9 am to book for 9:30 am, which I did to then be told the bus was fully booked. Apart from this I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend anybody to stay for the price you can’t go wrong.

Room clean and actually smelled kinda nice. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was just fine for breakfast, chaotic on a football morning but the staff scrambled to keep it going. Location is very convenient to Secaucus Junction NJT stop which was important for us.

We stay here whenever we go to NYC! It’s so convenient … lots of parking and close to the train. The staff is super friendly, rooms are updated and very clean, beds are comfy and the free breakfast is restaurant quality!

The room was in good condition. The room was DEFINITELY NOT sound proof as listed and the WiFi was not working in the room so our phones could not connect and the tv wasn’t working due to the terrible internet connection. The room Phone was also broken which made it hard fo call the front desk or room service.

The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful with navigating to New York City! The Italian restaurant there was amazing, and the buffet breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this hotel and stay again when in that area! We had a great time!
