Stayed for a Jets game. Room was nice, and had everything I needed. The staff was more than accommodating with their shuttle service to/from the American Dream mall, so that I could walk 5 minutes across the pedway to MetLife stadium.

This property was GREAT! My husband and I came for the Giants/Commanders game! Go Commanders! We did a 2 night stay. The property was a little dated but it did not matter because the facility was clean, our room was very, very clean, shower was hot, water pressure great, my husband didnt want to get out the shower! Also, I always bring my own towels from home because Im very OCD but it felt so clean I actually used the towels provided, which rarely happens when Im traveling. Beds were SUPER comfortable, it felt like a cloud, no neck pain or weird crooks when we woke up, breakfast was great with plenty of basic cold and hot breakfast options. Staff was avaliable, attentive and welcoming. Shuttle to metlife was convenient. We throughly enjoyed our stay and what the hotel offered. We are still raving about how comfortable the beds were! Um, how can we get one of your beds at our house! This is going to be our go to spot anytime we plan on visiting! Loved it! Very happy and satisfied with our stay. We also heard that the Italian restaurant connected has very good food and a nice bar vibe with music. Unfortunately on Sunday (when we tried to go find out for ourselves) the restaurant was closed for a private party. Highly recommend!

The hotel is situated right next to a highway. Traffic kept me up all night. Last time I was there, I was given a room in back of the property and didn’t have the same experience. Restaurant is also not open for Sunday football games. Will not stay there again.

We came from a long way and arrived early. They accommodated us and checked us in right away. Room was immaculately clean thanks to room service ladies. Even though we told them we didn’t need anything they still cleaned the room during our stay which was nice. Breakfast was added bonus with fresh&hot coffee, milk, juices, scrambled egg, seasoned potatoes, sausages, toasted bread, pancakes, syrup, grape jelly, peanut butter, cream cheese, bagels, muffins, cereal etc. There were coffee machine with single use coffee pods, microwave, fridge in the room. Ice machine and vending machine were available on the same floor with the room. There were plenty of free parking spots. Great location to visit NYC. 8 min. walk to Front St - Hudson Ave for bus route 129 stop, which takes you to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan in 25-30 mins. Never had any issues about delay etc. Hotel also had free shuttle service but we didn’t need it. With their competitive price and great service, will definitely be our first option in this area.

Room was not ready for 40 minutes after check in time...Police patrol parking lot to give expensive tickets to paid patrons.Parking lot was full except for handicap...I am handicap but got a ticket any way...Beware of this trap.
