The hotel appears somewhat dated as you enter the lobby, but if anything that simply adds to the charm. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom has clearly been renovated very recently. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and attentive. The only negative to the hotel was after we’d had a particularly long day, we return to the hotel to find a party being held on the mezzanine which was directly underneath our room. The music being played was so loud you could feel it through the floor. I approached the front desk and asked about the end time for the music and was told it “should be end between 11 and 11:30.” They were apologetic but there was nothing else offered to compensate for the fact that we literally couldn’t go to sleep. It was disappointing that music at that volume would be allowed to be played until that time of night when you’re literally paying to sleep here. All of this being said, I would still stay here. I’d just make sure to ask that I’m not on the second floor, directly above the mezzanine.

I could not get through to Front desk or restaurant this morning - constant busy signal. Please leave info on the hours breakfast is served somewhere in the room or on the voucher. I wanted to sleep in a little but didn’t want to miss breakfast. But I couldn’t get through on the phone nor find this info anywhere in the room literature. Otherwise I was pleased and will be back. Shuttle was a big reason to come. So fast and easy to take train to Penn Station and enjoy the City.

Perfect for going to MetLife! Free shuttle to and from the game (drop off and pick up at the mall ride share parking lot). 10 minute walk to the stadium from the drop off. Free parking and free breakfast. What more could you ask for. Staff were super friendly.

Free breakfast was above par for hotel. Even though we had to wait for the shuttle for awhile we still got back to the hotel gaster than driving from MetLife. Very convenient. Staff helpful and friendly
