It was doable.

Upon walking in it gave “motel” vibes. The cleanliness wasn’t to my liking and it appeared to be very worn in. After checking in I went upstairs to be sure the rooms were suitable after the appearance of the lobby. The elevator was not very clean. There was a lot of maintenance going on with toilets, but the hotel clearly needed a refreshed touch. The rooms smelled really good and were clean. I appreciated that and decided to continue my stay. Cleaning service arrived at 8 on checkout day (earlier than the last two days). I advised her that we would not be finished for an hour and a half. She then asked me “well what time will you be done?” I repeated my original response. She then says “one hour” and walks away. She did not come back to the room before the hour and a half I asked for. To clarify, checkout was at 11am. They offer breakfast for the each occupant. We did not use this service as we scheduled outings all day every day. It was quiet. I overall, 3/5.

The shuttle bus was very convenient. Room was spacious and well set up. Our room was directly across the hall from another room being renovated. It was extremely noisy. We never should’ve been given a room near it. There were many empty rooms. Hotel lobby always smelled of strong chemicals yet rest of hotel was dirty other than our room.

Monday Monday

The hotel was under heavy and loud construction. Noise all day...power drills, hammering etc....Workmen on all floors using the elevator for moving construction materials and tools. When I asked why I was not informed about this. The answer was It's noisy Monday. Every Monday is like this. I told the restaurant hostess that statement and she said that'a not true. It's been like this for days. When we checked out today it turned out that she was right. Construction workers everywhere and waiting on the elevators because of the usage by the crews starting their day.

Very well hotel! Highly recommend if you are visiting for the American Dream Mall and surrounding areas. The best part of this hotel experience was the breakfast! Delicious and would book again for this reason! The shuttle to the mall was another great part of this hotel. Also the cleaning staff did amazing everyday and even the bathroom in the lobby was very clean. Yes, rooms and building is not modern and LUXURIOUS but it had everything we needed, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, facility clean. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable

My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options.

Hotel nice. But confusion on dates at check in

My stay was good. Booked on this site. When got to hotel they had my dates different than confirmation. Was able to stay but due to the hotel doing rennovations, my room availability was limited. So had booked 1 queen and 1 ling. Got a room with 1 king and fold out couch. The couch was uncomfortable to say the least. Floor would have been softer. But part of the problem was the communication between hotels.com and property. So did not have much of a choice.

We came in for a Jonas brothers convention at American Dream Mall with my husband and 30 year old daughter. It was perfect! Reasonably priced, quiet, cozy beds, great view, fabulous breakfast. 1 mile to AD Mall Everything about the stay was fantastic.
