The hotel was booked because of the proximity to the hospital. The construction that is going on left the elevator dirty. In my opinion construction should be done one floor at a time. Other than the hotel being dated it was ok. The handle in the shower needs to be replaced. It was hard to operate. The mini fridge was not cleaned , someone’s food was left inside.

I was very disappointed that i couldn't eat breakfast. I woke up late and haf an appointment. I wanted to take my breakfast to go but I was told that I would be charged. I paid for something that I couldn't even enjoy.

Nothing unique. I was scolded by the hot water because the valve was broken. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and the managers two days in a row. They said that Maintenance had fixed it. It wasn’t fixed. I didn’t want to change rooms I dealt with the scalding hot water. Another issue with the breakfast buffet, I only ate there two mornings, and both times the eggs were burned dark brown, and still served to customers, potatoes were burned, I was there by 8:30 in the morning both days, and there was no bacon, the butter is some kind of a Non-Natural type of greasy butter. Needs improvement.

Hotel did not disclose on the webpage that they doing renovations on rooms. To much noise all day long. And the fact they shut the water off without informing guest on what day and time they would be doing this

We arrived at this hotel to find that it was under construction. Workers started hammering and drilling at 8am. It was absurd. The hallways were clogged with tools and materials. The restaurant connected that offered free breakfast was gross. The potatoes tasted like they were at least 4 days old. The rooms were very dated. The entire hotel was incredibly dated. Front desk staff were friendly. I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating as I requested a late checkout. The hotel itself is fine. A little outdated but It’s clean, the bed was comfortable and it’s in a central location if you need to be in this area. Breakfast was included but there is a lot of construction going on in the hotel. I was in a room that had construction in the room directly next door, sharing a wall with my room and the two rooms across the hall. It started at 8am and went until I checked out. For the price of this hotel vs some other hotels in the area, I’d likely try somewhere else as long as the construction is happening.

This property is a convenient location with free parking, a free shuttle, and free breakfast! The train station is close so you can travel to NYC. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. It’s a great place to stay and many things near by to do. I can’t wait to stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will not be our last. We love the conveniencey of the shuttle, included breakfast and walking distance to some outside food options such as Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always friendly, room is always clean. We will definitely be back.

i had a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. It’s a very convenient location. I didn’t have to take the freeway to get to my brother who lives in Secaucus. It was a pretty easy in and out where some of the other hotels near the Meadowlands are a nightmare to get in and out because of the freeways. so I really like this one. like I said the staff was nice and like I said it was a very convenient place. I felt safe and like I said it was a good location. It has a shuttle that will take you to the mall and take you around to local areas. you’re also in walking distancing, posting maybe a half a mile from the bus to take it to New York City, Port Authority. I stayed in another hotel the last time I was here and I wish it was this one. This one was much more convenient and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
