The hotel appeared average in the backdrop of the ratings that were shown on the search engine which had raised my expectations. The best feature of the property was its location and proximity to the NYC.

Stayed there for the cowboy carter concert and it was very convenient because they have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up at the American dream mall which connects to MetLife. So that was amazing. The hotel itself needs some work. The bathrooms are loud and walls thin. Staff was friendly especially the one one in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok and a bit cold.

The staff was very helpful. My friend and I went to see The Weeknd at MetLife, and they were very helpful with explaining to us over the phone, where to go to get their shuttle back to the hotel.

The local free shuttle service and included breakfast were a plus. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. You can tell that those who are in the know stay here when going to MetLife, so the staff here have to handle the “after party” and frequent guest turnover.
