Great service
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful, specially the front desk lady Lanetta (I think this is how it is spelled) she was great! Answered all my questions, informed me about transportation and even gave me free breakfast tickets :) I really liked this place. It is not too far from the city about 25-30 minutes in car. If you get the right room, you can get a view of NY city skyline. I would stay here again.

Customer service is definitely a grab bag here. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful while others are bothered by your very presence. I was a little annoyed that parking wasn't complimentary, considering the price of the room and the price of their continental breakfast buffet felt a bit high as well. That being said, the room was pretty standard, starched to death sheets, pillows that won't keep their fluff and paper thin walls. Water pressure in the shower was too low also. I did like how they had their curtains set up in a way that doesn't allow light in, you can stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. (and they reset upon the next person's check in), the room was 10/10 clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Overall a good and comfortable stay.
We overall had a good stay. The staff was friendly and great location. The downside is there was a rattling noise at night on and off as we moved. Sounded like a mouse in vents or wall. Bottle cap and other small trash laying ear edges of furniture from previous clients and dry shampoo on shower wall.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself boasts a modern yet cozy aesthetic, with beautifully designed spaces that make you feel right at home. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The plush bedding ensured I had restful nights, while the stunning views from my window were a delightful bonus. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start the day, with fresh and flavorful selections that were hard to resist. Location-wise, the Renaissance Meadowland Hotel is perfectly situated, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. The staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations for nearby activities, which truly enhanced my trip.
