I would first like to thank our host, she was amazing! Things dont always go as planned and its important to have a host that is understanding, attentive and supportive. Katy is a great host!! This unit we rented out was a 4 bedroom 1 bath. My group was mixed with coworkers and a couple family members so sharing a bathroom was dooable and better than a hotel. The shower is cute with waterfall head and the hot water works great. The rooms are Very roomy. Each room had a little basket with toothbrush, shower slippers, and a couple small complimentary items. Our group didnt go out to eat everyday and we enjoyed the experience of walking to the local grocery stores and buying items to make lunch and dinner at home. Everything worked and the kitchen was stocked with a few pots pans and utensils for easy cooking. Its pretty quiet neighborhood and walking distance from walgreens, multiple grocery stores, various food places including mcdonalds, subway, chinese, italian etc.We wanted to be closer to central new york but it being new years everything was either booked, pricey or just too packed for a group of 6. Making this location great if you plan on ubering to the city and splitting costs. Uber rides into new york could range from 30-60. But divided by the group makes uber rides affordable (we were booking uber or lyft XL). Overall, my group and I were very happy and satisfied with this place.
