I especially liked the evening meals they were very tasty, also the 10% discount on hotel food proved useful.
Breakfast was good as well where it was a help yourself style and the staff were friendly.
Good location on the coast road. Bus stops right outside the hotel, 5 minutes ride into the centre of St Helier. Places to eat very close by. Breakfast good, didn't eat in the hotel in the evening so can't comment. Room could do with a bit of an update, also our room was too warm overnight, however, there was a free standing fan.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and fairly priced. All normal hotel facilities were very good, We were using local busses and all bus routes go to and from St Helier which makes it a critical location to be able to easily access. The hotel is on a frequent bus route to St Helier, and would be only a ten minute walk. Overall, I think it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
Had a lovely stay, staff are nice and welcoming, room cleaning services great, hotel is adjacent to bus stop if going on public transport, pubs, stores and beach are nearby.
Bedside light didn't work. Not enough plug sockets in the room and none close to bed area

Nice hotel, perfect for a short stay like mine. The rooms are basic and could do with being updated but was spacious and the bed was comfy. My room backed onto a road which was loud at times. Breakfast was very nice for a buffet.

Nice location, friendly staff. Rooms basic but clean. Buses go right outside the hotel, beach is just across the road and there is also a shop and pub.
Parking terrible and you have to hand your keys to your car in, did not feel safe.
Room was very outdated and tired. Was meet with curtains half fallen down and a non functioning tv.
Did not want my children to play on the carpet looked dirty.
Shower water hardly got warm, could not bath children as too cold.
That being said we knew it was a ‘cheap’ hotel and we booked late so expectations were low and was as expected in that regard.
Location was good could easily walk into town and was near good breakfast place ‘the good egg’. Was right opposite good beach.
Pool was decent.
Great hotel staff were brilliant recently renovated and so well equipped. Pool and jacuzzi nice. Great location opposite beach and bus stop outside to easily get into St Helier and around the Island
We arrived early due to a Chacewater of flight time but this didn't inconvenience the hotel staff at all. They ensured our room was made available. We did report that the toilet was stained and this was immediately rectified. The room otherwise was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of cold buffet choices also. We also chose to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and the food was excellent and very competitively priced, although the wine choice was limited and a touch pricey.
