We had a great long weekend at The Savoy, the staff were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Main downside was that our room didn’t seem to bed vacuumed daily, though the rest of the room was cleaned.

This is a lovely hotel only 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely outdoor pool are with seating . Only had breakfast but it buffet style, very tasty and plentiful. Some items like scrambled eggs are made to order. Highly recommend and it’s my go to hotel when I’m in Jersey .

Hotel is in a good location, easily walkable to bus station/beach etc. Clean and tidy. We did have one incident, water poured through our ceiling through the light, one afternoon! They managed to find us another room, eventually. Made for an interesting wedding anniversary day.

The room was what you would expect at any hotel, although the kettle took some logic to get it to boil. Breakfast was excellent. My problem was the bar with no beer, only Madari on tap, and twenty minuets to change when it ran out. Apart from that a good hotel and a pleasant stay.

Savoy Hotel St Hellier
Very nice stay. Hotel nice and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Some areas could do with an upgrade eg threadbare sofas in the lounge. Breakfast didn't really cater for non meat eaters. Duvet was only just wide enough for the bed. No electrical charging points anywhere near the bed. Good location for the town centre.

No curtains, one blanket for two single beds, stained carpet, bitten by bed lice. If you sat up in bed the main light would switch on and off. It was like a prison, dark and dated. Didn't want to go back to my room

From the moment we checked in to the time we left we were treated so well. The person at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were lovely very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is great, able to walk to lots of bars, restaurants and seafront, parking was no problem although like a lot of hotels nowadays you have to pay for parking which I don't find acceptable
