La légendaire rue HaNeviim est située au cœur historique et culturel de Jérusalem et abrite des dizaines de lieux d'intérêt historique et architectural. L'âge d'or de la rue Haneviim a débuté au milieu du dix-neuvième siècle et a duré jusqu'en 1917, lorsque la souveraineté ottomane sur le pays a pris fin. Dès cette époque, la rue et ses alentours étaient considérés comme luxueux et abritaient des consulats, des hôpitaux, des établissements scolaires et religieux et de luxueuses résidences.
La façade du projet donne sur la rue Monbaz et l'immeuble Sergei, l'un des plus beaux sites de Jérusalem. Il fut construit en 1890 dans le style symétrique de la Renaissance et doit son nom au prince Sergei Romanov, fils aîné du tsar Alexander II. HaNeviim Court est aussi très proche d'un immeuble historique situé dans la rue Queen Helena, construit entre 1912 et 1917 (selon les estimations) et qui fut utilisé comme centre de commerce et de divertissement pour les pèlerins qui venaient chaque année visiter la Mission russe de Jérusalem.
De plus, une petite promenade vous mène depuis le projet jusqu'au centre-ville animé, avec ses cafés, ses restaurants et ses galeries ou encore à la rue commerçante de Mamilla, la rue piétonne Ben Yehuda et bien d'autres.
