Never received check in info. Did not pick up phone when i called . Luckily the doorman helped us get in contact with owner . There were no sofabed as in description and the regular beds are hardly meant for more than one. Mattress are just like hard foam. There was no hot water for the shower most of the time . And only handheld in the normal one. Internet was down the entire time which means that TV did not work either . 🙄 no Hangers in the closet . And not enough toilet paper and tissue for my 4 day stay. To add insult to injury. Cleaning showed up and asked us why we had not checked out already and i had to show them that my stay was another day . Thankfully i was there when they showed up.

Good apartment but horrible management
Positive: Apartment was in a good condition, Very clean and appliances were brand new! Location is very nice and view from balcony was very nice too! Negative: horrible communication skills, and poor responsiveness from host! Disrespect from host towards tenants! I have booked place from April 27 until May 5. When I came to apartment at 3 PM check in time The apartment Was still occupied by previous tenants! These people refuse to depart apartment Because of holiday Shabbat, it was Saturday! They said they don’t care about me paying for apartment they said they gonna leave when they gonna feel comfortable after end of a Shabbat! I was trying to show them on the screen in my phone, the proof of my booking of this apartment, but they refuse even to look at the screen because of the holiday Shabbat which prohibit them to look at the screens and use any machinery at all! I left apartment for which I paid my host and found a hotel nearby for which I spend $250 for night! I tried to communicate with host and as a result, he ignored me and refused to admit that he had any tenants before me! After spending about one, two hours trying to Reach the host Who probably was celebrating Shabbat too, He promised me to let me in next day! When I ask him to return my payment for missing day He refused to do that reasoning that all payments not refundable! During the stay Despite my attempts to communicate with host, he didn’t respond at all! Never book anything at Saturday in that country!

We arrived in the apartment to find the toilet clogged and overflowing with toilet paper and faeces. The situation was only resolved 19 hours after we checked in. Complete lack of communication Health Hazard

Prime location for everything!!! We were happy to know everything was in walking distance as we were a party of 5. The rental was nice with a beautiful view. Missing a few amenities but we made due. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location. Almost brand new and spacious apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen much but seems fully equipped. Good value for money. Downside: Bedsheet had some yellowish stains.

Nice, new, comfortable apartment with everything we wanted in a short walking distance. Hotel communication is rough and we had to continuedly go to the main office down the street if we had an issue since the hotel staff doesn't speak English or are able to make any changes except through the main office down the street.
