Amazing stay !
The hotel is fantastic, right in front of the beach. The staff at the hotel is amazing and we really loved everything. Food is great too and the pool bar was the highlight for me and my wife. The room is clean and comfortable !

This property is ocean front but the beach in front of the hotel is full of big rocks so it’s not appropriate to swim unless you have a proper protection for your feet. When I went the property was full of Europeans, mostly couples relaxing around the pool and beach side bed. The hotel was clean and quiet a little away from the Main Street where has bars and restaurants but completely walkable. A good place if you want to relax not party.

Razoável. Areia na recepção do hotel. Água do chuveiro não esquentou em alguns momentos. Estávamos em casal e um casal de amigos com duas filhas. E eles tiveram muitos problemas. Blackout do quarto, tentaram abrir a porta do quarto das filhas, apareceram baratas no quarto deles. Não tem serviço de praia, cadeiras, guarda sol. Tem um beach club na frente do hotel. Não indicaria e voltaria. Pelo valor da dia não vale ou a pena.

Local maravilhoso. So o secador de cabelo que funciona durante so alguns segundos depois ele para. Tem que esperar um tempo para ele ligar de novo. A musica do beach club na frente podia ser mais diversificada , fica uma batida o dia inteiro a mesma. Um pouco cansativa. Os doces que oferecem todos os dias no quarto sao maravilhosos mas podiam vir acompanados de uma colherzinha

A estada foi boa mas eu esperava mais! Funcionários da recepção precisando de treinamento urgente! Péssima comunicação, despreparo! Pedi uma comida que sequer me responderam no wap! Fiquei com fome. Ninguém sequer entrou em ctt comigo após minha reclamação. Tive outros problemas tb! Os garçons maravilhosos, destaque pro Ronaldo e o segurança Jacinto super atencioso O hotel é novo e portanto estava tudo bem no quarto mas a varanda é tão pequena q n cabe nem uma rede! Fora q fica um pouco “pra dentro”e a vista é prejudicada! Enfim, gostei. N sei se me hospedaria novamente pelo estresse com a recepção. Jeri tem outros hotéis onde pelo mesmo valor, fui bem melhor atendida.

Hotel incrível…os melhores passeios de Jeri foram sem dúvidas termos ficado curtindo as instalações do hotel e do espaço ClubVentos q fica em frente ao hotel. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, entre eles a Evelin, Emily, Ronaldo, Matias e mais alguns q infelizmente não recordo-me dos seus nomes.

O lugar é lindo assim como nas fotos, tudo bem novinho e os quartos bem espaçosos. Fomos com um bebê de 7 meses e eles colocaram um berço no nosso quarto sem que precisássemos pedir. Atendimento ótimo e localização também! Café da manhã também muito bom! Deixaram bilhetinho e mimos na nossa chegada e na nossa saída, uma graça. Única ressalva é apenas para a limpeza da piscina pois tinha um pouco de lodo mas a própria gerente se preocupou em nos perguntar sobre a nossa estadia (assim que finalizamos o checkout) e então passei isso para ela. Acredito que não será um problema pertinente e espero voltar mais vezes!
