Tiene jardines e instalaciones hermosas. Solo que la villa junior no fue lo que reservé, me dieron 2 camas queen en lugar de una king y una queen; Me ofrecieron despues una habitación como la que pedi, pero me dijeron que olia a barniz porque la estaban pintando. Asi que no hubo otra opcion de quedarnos en la que me dieron, sin ningún ajuste de precio. Las camas y los mueble necesitan que pongan mas atencion en el mantenimiento y su renovación al menos nuestra villa no fue como esperabamos y como la muestran en las fotografías cuando hice mi reservacion, Es un lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso para descansar y su servicio en el spa y del personal fue excelente. El servicio en el restaurante y comida estuvo muy bien; En general estuvo ok, el precio es elevado en relacion al hospedaje de acuedo a nuestra experiencia en nuestra Villa y creo que lo pensariamos para regresar.

El hotel esta perfecto, aunque hay que trabajar en algunas cosas. Hablando de las habitaciones, estan del tamaño correcto, el baño es comodo, y las regaderas funcionan muy bien. Hubiera sido un buen detalle tener puerta en lugar de cortina para separa el baño de la habitacion. Las persianas no son adecuadas y la luz es muy intensa desde muy temprano en la mañana. El domo se ilumina como lampara a las 6am lo que puede momestar a gente o incluso interrumpir el sueño. El sistema de aire acondicionado esta falto de mantenimiento lo que lo lleva a hacer ruido y ser molesto a momentos. Revisando estos puntos el hotel esta increible, la gente que trabaja ahi es en extremo amable y servicial. El restaurante tiene opciones para todos, un poco cargado hacia lo caro, pero las porciones son justas y todo lo que comimos estaba muy bueno.

El espacio sigue siendo hermoso, pero al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento! Las habitaciones están viejas, muebles sucios, contactos que no sirven… ya no es el mejor lugar para pasar un fin de semana en Cuernavaca.

Esta es la tercera vez que mi familia y yo nos quedamos en Mision del Sol. Desafortunadamente hay cosas que han decaido desde la ultima vez hace un par de años. Las instalaciones de las villas parecen no haber recibido mantenimiento alguno en años. Este fin de semana llovió y nuestra villa se inundo, una de las habitaciones literalmente era un lago. Todas nuestras cosas se mojaron y no pudimos dormir en gran parte de la cama que estaba mojada. Otro punto que no me gustó esta vez es que anteriormente este hotel era un hotel que no permitía niños, ahora aceptan niños pequeños ya que cuentan con un “kids club” pero no toman en cuenta las areas comunes como el comedor, donde diario nos tocaba algún niño chillón, y unos padrea mal educados que lo dejaban gritar hasta que se cansaba, o nos cansábamos nosotros de oirlo. Muy molesto definitivamente. El concepto de este spa NO es para niños pequeños y así debería seguir. Rompe completamente con el ambiente de relajación. Los jardines y servicios como siempre excelentes.

Beautiful property and gardens, especially the water streams throughout the property and the landscaping. Rooms are in casitas all with garden access. The villas have 3 bedrooms and are very spacious but face a road that isn't nice and the outside neighborhood is not good at all. There was no air conditioning which is terrible considering that Cuernavaca is very hot and humid in the summer months.

The resort itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are dated and could use a facelift. The furniture has seen better days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in a 2 room villa. All the lighting did not work. The restaurant service and the food great. We had, manicures, pedicure, facials and massages. The ladies doing the service were wonderful, however for the mani-pedi you only had like 5 colors of polish to chose from which I found unacceptable. All in all it is a nice place. I may look for a more up to date location next time I am in the area.

It was perfect green areas and garden... The rooms are old fashion and feel like if you are in the 70's but lovely view and nice gardens. Perfect to be in a quite place only. Food was nice and good.
