Check in excelente entramos 1 hora antes do previsto. Agora em relação ao quarto q ficamos. Fiquei descepcionada com as condições q encontrei. Quarto com cheiro de mofo , banheiro sujo faltando uma boa faxina . Mármore da varanda parece de casa abandonada chega a sujeira está grudada . Fogão de 2 bocas horrível todo enferrujado ( fiquei com medo de usar ) Roupa de cama aceitável . Chão do flat sujo . Ar condicionado gelando bem . Não tinha microondas e nem prato pra fazer uma refeição. Resolvendo tudo isso fica bom.

Vou começar informando o que não gostei. O quarto que fiquei tem um colchão de casal ortopédico. A minha noite de descanso foi muito desconfortável. Durante a reserva, não havia a informação, no aplicativo, de que o colchão da cama é ortopédico. O box do banheiro tinha várias manchas de mofo no rejunte. A parte que gostei foi a localização, estacionamento no subsolo e na frente, elevadores funcionando e rápidos, facilidade de fazer o check-in e check-out, e os funcionários que são educados.

Eu gostei da rehião. Próxima de vários ótimos restaurantes e da linda praia. Gostei do atendimento de 1 dos funcionários, muito solícito e cuidadoso. O café da manhã é saboroso e o preço é adequado. Silencioso. Não gostei do colchão, da roupa de cama, do chuveiro e da limpeza do apartamento. Piscina não muito limpa.

Não limparão o quarto durante os 3 dias, a cama desconfortável, o ar condicionado não está pegando bem, e as cobertas da cama são péssimas. Única vantagem é a localização e recepção, super atenciosos.

Flat com ótima localização e bons restaurantes nas imediações. Como quase todos os flats que conheço, você terá a sorte em se hospedar nas unidades que os donos são conscientes e trazem seus imóveis bem manutenidos - como é o caso deste que ficamos. O quarto é de tamanho bom para um casal, mas pode ficar apertado caso precise de colocar uma terceira pessoa. A limpeza é feita diariamente - por solicitação do ocupante. Também dispõem de garagem que por vezes é mal administrada, pois existem vagas conjugadas que as pessoas param seus veículos ocupando 2 vagas e dessa forma falta para os demais.

Caro para o que é oferecido
O atendimento é ruim. Após realizar a reserva você tem que esperar que o proprietário veja o e-mail do site, pra que ele possa entrar em contato com a recepção do local para liberar o acesso. Se a pessoa estiver longe de seu e-mail, quem está aguardando para se hospedar, pode não se hospedar pela recepção não receber o OK do proprietário. O apartamento estava mal cuidado, travas das janelas para a varanda inoperantes, televisão não funciona propriamente, lençois manchados.
