um péssimo atendimento, porém, um excelente hotel.

O único inconveniente que houve foi que, na quinta-feira, dia 26, solicitei ao atendente da recepção, um reparo para a ducha higiênica, pois a torneira estava com vazamento. O atendente não deu a mínima, e não tomou nenhuma providência, deixando o banheiro do meu quarto, sempre molhado, por incompetência do atendente.

Razoável. O hotel é limpo e com boa localização, embora a região de Tambaú seja muito barulhenta e movimentada. Há regiões mais aprazíveis na cidade, com excelentes condições de praia e acesso. O café da manhã é bom, porém, tumultuado pelo excesso de hóspedes que o hotel recebe. Parece que é hotel de excursão. Pouca acolhida e receptividade. Fui surpreendida com cobrança indevida de frigobar. As instalações são muito antiquadas, necessitando de uma revigorada. Banheiro antigo. Decoração e mobiliário fora de moda (faixas de cetim nas cabeceiras e nos travesseiros, desnecessárias). De maneira geral, não faz jus ao preço e as avaliações feitas pelos hóspedes, que me induziu a escolha do mesmo
