Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é bem servido. As instalações são, em geral, conservadas e adequadas, mas apresenta falhas que comprometem o conforto: carece de um melhor isolamento acústico. O simples abrir e fechar de portas dos outros quartos no andar podem incomodar bastante, bem como o uso da piscina por outros hóspedes. Da mesma forma, entra muita claridade do corredor para o quarto pela fresta da porta. No quarto que fiquei a torneira da pia do banheiro era muito alta é tornava o simples ato de lavor o rosto uma tarefa perigosa.

Minha estadia no Littoral Golden Flat foi, infelizmente, marcada por uma série de contratempos que impactaram a experiência. Embora a localização do hotel e algumas características do serviço tenham agradado, diversos aspectos deixaram a desejar, especialmente em relação à limpeza e manutenção do apartamento. Pontos negativos: Problemas de Manutenção e Limpeza: O quarto em que me hospedei apresentava sinais evidentes de infiltração nas paredes, o que não só afetou a aparência do ambiente, mas também levantou preocupações sobre o cuidado geral com a infraestrutura. A cesta de lixo do banheiro estava bastante oxidada, um sinal de que a manutenção não é feita com frequência. Além disso, a porta do box do banheiro estava com fungos, indicando que a limpeza nesses detalhes está sendo negligenciada. A ducha do chuveiro também apresentava vazamento, o que é outro ponto a ser corrigido com urgência para garantir o conforto dos hóspedes. O sofá da sala estava bastante sujo, o que prejudicou ainda mais a impressão geral da acomodação. Café da manhã: Embora o café da manhã não apresente uma grande variedade de opções, as poucas alternativas disponíveis foram bem preparadas e saborosas. Faltou apenas mais diversidade para agradar diferentes preferências. Estacionamento: O flat oferece estacionamento para seus hóspedes, mas há uma limitação de vagas. Dependendo da quantidade de carros, pode ser difícil encontrar um espaço disponível, o que pode ser um inconveniente.

Excelente localização, ao lado da praia e próximo a restaurantes. Estava acontecendo os jogos da juventude na cidade e o hotel estava lotado bem como a cidade em geral. Mesmo assim atenderam meu pedido para trocar a cama de casal por 2 de solteiro. Foram muito solícitos.

Gostei muito do local. Ambiente limpo, quarto amplo com varanda, mini cozinha. Atendimento ótimo e bom cafe da manhã. Excelente custo beneficio. O estacionamento interno que é limitado mas nao chegou a ser um problema porque tem espaço para estacionar na frente do hotel. Com certeza uma das minhas opções favoritas para João Pessoa.

Quanto as recepcionistas e limpeza de quarto não temos o que reclamar! Tudo perfeito! Café da manhã bom, nada muito elaborado mas o que era oferecido muito bom. Quarto confortável, porém fomos com nosso filho de 1ano e 10 meses, foi nos oferecido um chiqueirinho. Como ele não fica e estava um pouco pequeno para ele, dormimos eu, meu esposo e bebê na mesma cama. O que ficou um pouco desconfortável, mas ok deu pra ficar. Única coisa que me desagradou, foi não ter nenhum utensílio de cozinha no flat. O que dificultou bastante preparar alguns alimentos para a criança, o que era nosso objetivo ficando no flat.

O hotel é razoável e a localização é boa. No quesito limpeza deixaram muito a desejar, arrumavam a cama mais ou menos, algumas vezes chegávamos dos passeios e nem tinham feito a arrumação. Nos dois últimos dias de estadia não tinha sabonete e nem toalhas, alegaram que o hotel estava lotado, falaram que era pra usar shampoo no lugar do sabonete. O café da manhã com poucas opções e sempre a mesma coisa. Acho que pelo valor da diária deveriam oferecer mais.
