Rooms not ready
We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. The water in the sink ran all night because it was too difficult to turn off. The rooms are very small.

An adorable hotel
The breakfast was awesome. The location couldn't be better. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A perfect view of the sea from the swimming pool.

Unclean. Unprofessional.
Room was dirty upon arrival. The shower soapdish (glass) was broken and almost fell and shattered on the floor. Potentially very dangerous. When we asked for a room change, they did not honor it and only sent a housekeeper to re-clean. Moreover, the staff was unprofessional and charged an extra excessive fee (unnecessary) for a situation that was not my fault. On the other hand, the internet wi-fi was strong and consistent and the breakfast was good. I have visited João Pessoa several times and have I have stayed in various hotels--all of them were good/great except for Netuanah Praia. Spend the few extra reais, dollars, pesos, or euros and stay somewhere else. There are so many other better options in JP.

Hotel,razoavel o estabelecimento está em obras nos fundos e outra em frente,muito barulho,sem privacidades,a vistaa é para uma obra,desde 6:00hrs da manha ninguem consegue descansar e nem abrir a janela. Achei pessimo.

Execelente escolha
Muito boa a experiência, atendimento e localização excelentes, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade e tapioca sendo feita na hora. Funcionários muito educados, gentis e prestativos. Excelente experiência. Apenas como ponto de melhoria as condições do quarto, ele é bem antigo e precisa de reforma, nao condiz com a recepção e outras areas do hotel que sao reformadas. Fora isso tudo muito bom!

Primeiro quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto , pequeno e janela para uma parede, pedi para trocar ! O segundo quarto foi no 5 andar estava em reforma, corredor sem pinturas quartos em reforma barulho de reforma o dia inteiro!!! Quarto pequeno e banheiro entrava de frete e saía de ré. Nunca mais volto lá

Ótima localização e atendimento dos funcionários. Estacionamento pago , quarto com problema na fechadura , banheiro velho ( Todo ele ) , buraco no teto, porta do banheiro não fechava ( com Gambiarra ). Nos impressionou algumas informações tipo : se pedirmos um garfo e uma faca no quarto ( R$10,00 ). Cobram por qualquer espirro com uma diária para 4 pessoas no mesmo quarto a R$900,00?!?! Não voltaremos … e não recomendamos .
