Não gostei do hotel, precisa passar por uma reforma. Check- in demorado para conseguir entrar para quarto. Depois do horário do check in tive que ficar de cima da recepção para ver que horas ia liberar o quarto. Atendimento pessimo no café da manhã, itens do café bem simples. Não tem informação se tem tapioca, Se você quer tapioca você que tem que ir ao garçom e pedi. As mesas do café da manhã, não tem funcionários para limpar. As camareiras limpam o quarto e deixam o chão todo manchado, passa produto e fica o chão todo manchado e marcas de sapato. A piscina do bate sol até as 11h. Área do salão de eventos fica ao lado da piscina e salas de jogos, tudo misturado. O espelho do banheiro todo velho e fica todo suado vapor ( não dá para ver nada no espelho) e quarto só fica suado, não tem como ver no espelho . Experiência negativa.

Experiência não foi agradável, o box do banheiro estava caindo e tivemos que pedir para arrumar. Pedimos orientação quanto a saída se haveria lugar para tomarmos um banho e nos disseram que sim, confirmamos 3 vezes e falaram que sim. Fomos para praia e quando voltamos para perguntar onde que era a área, e responderam que a da piscina. Foi muito desagradável ter que tomar banho na piscina em frente a todos os hóspedes, não deu nem pra se trocar direito no banheiro, pois estava molhado e sujo.
