Nice location and good staff services. But the property is pretty worn out. I can hear people waking from the second floor and entire night, also the sound of water running and toilet flushing.
Beautiful hotel that is really well situated for exploring Lake Louise. Two restaurants on site with really good food ( especially the breakfast). Laundry facilities onsite, great hot tubs. Super stay.
We stayed in Building 5, which was remodeled and fit our needs perfectly. The room had a kitchenette, more than we needed but this room would be great for a family for a week's stay. We tried both restaurants onsite, both were great. The staff was friendly, helpful and the location was perfect for visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and driving the Icefield Parkway. We would definitely stay here again
A very nice inn in Lake Louise area. It is in walkable distance to Lake Louise. You can take a shuttle bus alternatively for $2 each way, very convenient. A lot to offer in the hotel, ample parking spaces, two restaurants on site for breakfast & dinner, swimming pool, jacuzzi & gym. The only small issue we had is air con. It didn't work and the room temperature kept at 24 so we had to open the window.
Summit Deluxe Two Queens room was newly refurbished and looked very nice but had a few concerning issues. Even though the furnishings and decor looked new, half of the led lighting integrated into the bathroom mirror were burned out making the bathroom very dark. Touching the bedside lamps caused their lights to flicker on and off indicating electrical shorts. In short, the refurbished room was attractive but with questionable workmanship.

Deluxe king room furnishings and decor were old and outdated. No plugins for electronics. Electric socket next to bed (needed for my CPAP) was dead. bathroom faucet handle fell off in my hand. In short, this room was far from deluxe.
Room was newly renovated and had everything you needed for a short of long stay, service from staff was friendly and welcoming, would stay again in a heartbeat
A very overpriced run down hotel. The room was very basic with old tatty furniture. Extremely noisy, and a room which was excessively hot and unable to control the heat. You pay half the cost in the UK and most probably get breakfast thrown in.
Wifi was none existent. Don't stay here

The lodge was beautiful but the rooms need updating
Nice location, clean room, but ours didn`t have a window facing outside but rather looked into the pool, which we didn`t love. Room was on the smaller side. Nice pool and hot tub, excellent staff.

This a $100 room marked up to a Lake Louise quality hotel price. Compared to a less expensive wonderful hotel in Banff, this was just a rip off! Would avoid ! Room was small, noisey with exterior corridor, tiny TV, only a double bed, restaurant charged meals compaired to Fairmont prices but only average quality. Rip off!

A nice property with outdoor seating areas if weather is good. Lake Louise is tiny so limited dining options. The room we had was tiny and extremely dated. Not filthy but light switches needed a good wipe and it looked like bathroom ceiling had some mould spots starting. I guess $500 is the going rate in the area, but this should be roadside motel prices. Staff are pleasant.
