Terrible stay
Maintenance of the hotel sucks! Heater in the room was faulty and we found out when we are back after supper. After informing the hotel, the maintenance staff came after over 20 mins and he asked why we never inform early so that hotel can change a room for us. He then asked if we want to change a room at 1am or he will try to repair and see if the heater works. We did not want to go through the hassle of room changing so he tried to repair yet the problem was not fixed. End up we had to shower with cold water. We informed the front desk about faulty heater with no hot water for shower during check out and gotten the same response that we did not inform early so that they can offer room change. We told the front desk that the maintenance staff asked if we want to change the room but we did not want to. We just want to inform them that the heater is faulty and they started to repeat that we did not inform early. Can you believe that we did not even receive a "sorry" as apology for the poor maintanence?

Used to stay in deluxe room. 1st time in std room.. furniture edges dmg quote a fair bit Toilet paper not enough.. 100RM deposit required. Paid by credit card still waiting refund after EOD Has heat function if aircon too cold Quiet side which is great

Pls ensure guests are able to watch CNA (channel news asia) in yr TV program. This particular channel always freezes when we ‘channel surf’. Thru out all our previous stays, without fail, we have consistently given our feedback to your team duriing check out about not being able to access CNA, which I believe is supposed to be part of the listed channels for all your in- house guests’. I am beginning to wonder if this is going to be the norm since nothing has been done till date. Appreciate if the relevant departmentI could comment on this matter. Awaiting your prompt response, or at your most convenient.
