Very clean and well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. Only down side is that its too near to the custom and has traffic jam every time. Able to walk from custom but might take awhile

Prompt service but hotel room requires maintenance
Capri is not responsive on Hotels.com app. The room booking with sea view is relatively cheap compared to other hotels. The amenities are reasonable, service is fast and great. Asked for additional pillows and towels and they were immediately delivered. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. Venue is convenient. Parking was easy to find and near lift lobby. Towels have cigarette stains and smell and there are rust stains around. Perhaps it’s time to start doing some maintenance.

Attitude of security guards and heavy traffic and jam on the road leading to the hotel r a deterrence for me to stay there again. Low scre for staff is due to security and not counter staff.

Always stayed at the room with bathtub overseeing the Johor Straits, but recent higher occurence of jam and heavy traffic on the only road leading to the hotel is a deterrence for me to consider staying there....I also do not understand the logic of the security guard (with bad attitude) to have guest to check in before parking the car at the carpark when there is no proper area to park the car in front of the hotel lobby...carparking is also not of ease, as u need to drive in circles in order to find the hotel parking lots. PS: Low staff score is mainly due to the security guards and not the counter staff.

smoke alarm was too near to the bathroom so everytime after taking a shower it will trigger fire alarm and staff will call… plus every morning 5am got awoken by prayers… but overall clean and big room
